Hey, I’m a guy and used to think that I won’t be able to fit in my high school/college jeans and stuff.
I used to blame this on the clothing companies for not creating jeans for athletes. The reality was that I was getting more muscular but also fatter.
When I started getting leaner, I was once again able to fit in my old jeans.
As for girls – too much quadriceps muscle from squats done wrong (i.e. quad dominat) will make it impossible to fit in your skinny jeans even if you’re lean.
Either drop squats or perform them exclusively with posterior chain emphasis so you won’t build quads. Also drop volume.
My 2 c’s :)
