Hi there! Harking back to one of your earlier vlogs, something I find useful for getting the close grip bench stronger is more tricep work. In powerlifting we do close grip accessory work to improve our triceps strength for the benchpress, but it also works the other way around. Of course the longer one’s arms are, the harder it may be too..it depends on length of the levers.

hey there. thanks for the tip. I work the hell out of my tri’s already and have a pretty good muscle pop out there when I flex, but maybe I’ll step that up a bit more. I tried close-stance pushups today and wow, those are hard too. must practise those as well!
my arms are pretty long, so that’s maybe another thang!

Hey Jackie,
quick thought, re your post cookie drop in weight… you said you had some wine and the cookies… drinking tends to dehydrate me, I’m assuming it does to most people. Think you may have lost water weight?
