Hey there! Thank you for addressing my question! Very informative! Once again I love the way you explain things. I wish you lived in the States. I think you should become a trainer. Absolutely. Between your knowledge, and friendly demeanor, you would be very successful. If we lived near each other, i’d hire you in a heartbeat. I mean it.
I have to start tracking my calories again but when I was, it was coming out to about 1600 a day so I think i was on track as far as that is concerned. I make sure to get some healthy fats in everyday usually in the form of Almonds. I can eat them until they seep from my ears I love them so much but I only allow myself a handful a day. I’m letting my gym membership expire b/c I need to watch my budget and I want to work out at home from now on. There’s a sidewalk that goes around the perimeter of my development and i think it’s about 2 miles long. I also just bought a heart rate monitor with a calorie tracker and pedometer. Just have to figure out how to use the sucker. I have a bench and several hand weights an adjustable barbell and a body bar, I think 12 lbs, so there’s really no reason that I can’t achieve my goals. Its just putting plan to action and being consistent. Thyroid disorder has made it more difficult and made progress slower (or non existent) so THAT is really my sticking point. If I can make that scale or measuring tape move, it would do miracles for my morale and motivation that’s for sure!! It’s hard to keep going when you are putting the work in for little reward. i think I just gave you another subject.. Motivation and drive during lack of results.. or something like that :-)
Love ya!
