I’ve been caught by the bug!
Hey guys… so its been a grueling few days, with work and evening events.
I’ve definitely been feeling like I’m coming down with something so have been putting off vlogging due to feeling overall yucky.
Actually I was thinking I’d work out today and sat here in my apartment working on my project in my workout clothes all day.
However, as the day goes on, the worse I’m feeling so at this point I’m going to let my foggy head and scratchy eyes dictate another day off the regime. But! No workout means no inspiration!!
LOL.
Sorry gang. This one snuck up on me pretty fast and unexpectedly. I’ll get back to the videos very soon.
In the meantime, here’s a little article I found that made me think of one of you in particular, but good advice overall for everyone!! *please make a note of the area I highlighted in pink tho*
I know its a bit huge for this page, but if you save the picture to your desktop you’ll be able to read the far righthand side of the article too. Sorry about that, the smaller version was too small & too pixelated to read.

So there’s an ‘out of cotrol’ nut eater who visits this site, huh?
I love nuts and eat them every day … my favorite are walnuts and almonds … yummy!
Hope you get better soon :)
Cheers!

I also love raw organic sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds.

Thanks for Posting this Jackie. I loves me some almonds, but only a small handful a day. I get a little twisted if I run out of them. Is that bad? :-)

not at all! just don’t forget to mix it up a bit when it comes to the ‘good fats’…!! Nuts are great but you still need the good fats that come in other foods like almonds, fish, etc.
luv ya
