Motivation While on a Plateau
How do you motivate to keep going when you’ve hit a plateau or are just generally getting no results?
Darn good question, thanks Stephanie! Here’s my two cents on the subject.
I recorded video #1 before my workout today and of course had a couple of epiphanies while working out so just had to record some more on the topic.
Make sure you check out all three vlogs.

I think about graduating Marine Corps boot camp and then think how easy what I’m doing now is.
BTW, what do you recommend for starting a new program after a hiatus? That seems to be the hardest thing to do altogether.

gee, I dunno. I guess that depends on what your goals are. First assess that then let me know. I’ll see if I can wrap my head around it a little. :-)

Hey Jackie
Completely off topic (as usual!) but have you seen news reports about the Aussie (of course) girl Suzy Walsham who claimed the woman’s title for the third year in a row on Tuesday in the 32nd annual Empire State Building Run-Up?
Now, I reckon that with all your stair climbing you would be a moral for the race next year – well at least to get Canada to finish second!
What do you think? It is only 86 floors apparently and Suzy did it in 13 minutes and 30 seconds.
Set yourself a real challenge! I would even come over and be part of your cheer squad!
Cheers
Terry
