Good to see you are still suffering, but in a good way ;)
Thanks for the explanation on the super circuits as well. I’ve always read to take a break in between sets and do a little bit of stretching for whatever muscle group you are working.
Do you still perform stretches/rest after the first group of sets or is it just a continuous workout without stopping?

I just give’r. For me, on this round, its all about getting that heart rate up and making myself cry. Sometimes stop for a drink of water or to catch my breath (cuz my heart rate can get pretty high on some of the moves), but otherwise its about getting up and keeping up that heart rate!!
