I was the one that asked about the body weight exercises!! How could you forget! ;)
Thanks for the explanation and demo, do you do one legged squats as well?

Good to see you actually do some exercise in your clips … you should do that more often :)

thanks tons. I remembered it was you..don’t be silly!
I do not YET do one-legged squats. I will do so at some point. right now I’m all about how heavy, so one legged only reduces that, but soooon!! :-)
