Chin-ups are cool!
I like the way you’ve set up your apartment … It’s a pretty sweet little gym. I think that bar in your doorway is a great idea!
Cheers!
btw keep up with the demos … they’re great!

Ok, in my garage I have just a steel bar that is connected to chains hanging from the rafters.
Do you know whether this provides a better workout as the bar is not stationary and requires more muscle control or is it somehow a disadvantage and I should stabilize the bar?

hmmm….as long as there is no danger of the bar actually coming loose and you hurting yourself with a fall, I’d say that the instability of the bar on the chains is probably that much MORE a good workout for balance/core/muscle control. So as long as you’re in no danger of it falling out of the chains, I say ‘go for it’ as is! :-)

hah, well I should probably stabilize it first anyways seeing as how I am a weakling and can only do about 5 pullups, rest, 5 more, rest and then a final 5.
Could probably squeeze a few more in if it was stable.
