Thanks Stranger!
Welcome to Wednesday!
Well, today was a hills-run kinda day, so I headed out this morning to tackle it. It was a good run, but what happened at the end of my run today is what brings me to this post.
A random encounter with a total stranger got me thinking about how I was stretching and a little thing to be wary of when you’re doing your own stretching: Hyperextension. It’s a funny story, but with a good moral to it.
Check it out!
WORKOUT SONG OF THE DAY
Yes, I’m a serious smarty-pants today. For today’s song, I even managed to find a sample of one of my FAVOURITE running songs, and its called “Stranger”!!! Imagine that!! LOL
I like it because its kind of ethereal as well as having a pretty good rhythm and takes my brain out of my head while I run, while still driving my feet forward. Its an old skool goth/trance song from back in the halcyon club days of the 80s. Give it a listen!
Clan of Xymox – Stranger (remix)
Don’t forget, if you love it as much as I do, its easy to get by clicking on the Buy button on the player widget. Amazon’s got it ready and waiting for you!
That’s it for today. I’ll see you when I see you, computer issues not withstanding.
Have a great, fit and fantastic day!

I don’t like it when people interrupt my training time … particularly if it’s a stranger … That’s why I ALWAYS wear an ipod when I train out in public … it tends to stop the crazies from bothering me ;)
Catch you later :)

HAHA FG… he didn’t actually interrupt me, I was stretching and messing on my iPhone. If I’m actually working out or on my run, there’s no chance of me acknowledging anyone that I can’t do so as I run past them. No stopping for this chick either!! It’s no fun to be yanked out of the zone when you’re right in the zone, I agree!!!
