Answers to Burning Questions About ‘Fat Burning Furnace’
What is the Fat Burning Furnace and who the heck is the author Rob Poulos?
Yah, I asked myself the same question.
Turns out he’s just a regular guy just like you and me, but with one small difference:
He got SICK AND TIRED of being fed all the bull that’s floating around out there about fitness and nutrition, and went out there to find out for himself what the missing link is that the fitness industry isn’t telling us.
I mean, c’mon, there are a lot of fitness and diet books, gadgets, gimmicks, fads and magic pills out there, right?
What works and what doesn’t?
Who do you listen to?
Who knows best?
You could listen to Mr. ExpertA, or Ms. ExpertB, but aren’t most of those guys selling one of those latest gimmicks?
Aren’t they really just trying to make a buck off our gullibility?
Answer: YES.
As far as I can see Rob has no actual fitness credentials and I think this is what works in his favor and it turns out to be something we get to benefit from.
In his ‘fed up’ state he went out there and dug deep to find out the answers to what most of the fitness “professionals” out there are trying to keep us from learning.
Make no mistake, this is definitely a weight training manual. Rob advises against ‘regular’ cardio (and explains in detail why) and throws a rock solid (but unconventional) weight training routine at us that will have your body burning fat in a frenzied fashion.
But, this is a technique that is not widely publicized.
Know why? BECAUSE IT WORKS TOO WELL.
This is not just made up stuff from some guy who thinks he knows better than the fitness industry. These are well-known principles within the fitness industry, they just don’t happen to be widely publicized principles. These principles don’t lead to additional sales of gadgets and gimmicks, so why make a big deal about them?
His weight lifting routines are short ‘n sweet and kick-ass HARD. But they do what he’s promising: they BURN FAT FAST!
Keep in mind before purchasing this book though, that his techniques MUST be followed as he has them outlined. This is very important and every step to his routines is formulated for a specific reason.
He instructs us on the finer details of how many sets, how many reps, how much weight, variability, progression (and even proper breathing technique).
Basically he covers all the important stuff that goes into a successful weight training routine but gives you a very specific way to perform them … and all must be adhered to in order for you to succeed on this program.
However, I have no doubt that if followed to the letter, you will succeed.
The fact that Rob is just a regular guy just like the rest of us is also one of the things that makes this book an easy read.
For a refreshing change complicated technical terms are not used in this book, and it really makes a difference to level of comprehension when it comes to some of these concepts.
You won’t find yourself scratching your head in confusion like you do with some of the other fitness books.
Whether you’re a rank beginner or a seasoned weight trainer, you will be able to follow this book and apply all the principles to your workouts.
Fat Burning Furnace includes explicit instructions and pictures of the workout moves and sample workouts so that you aren’t left with any questions about how to do the workouts or in what order.
Rob provides sample workouts for everyone from the absolute novice through beginner, intermediate and all the way up to the advanced weight trainer.
There’s lots of room to progress with this program.
And you can easily apply Rob’s workouts in many different environments.
Use it in a commercial gym if you have a membership, at your home gym set-up if that’s what you prefer, or if you don’t have access to any equipment whatsoever you can even apply these principles using only bodyweight exercises… and, he makes sure you know how.
Then Rob gets into some important details of diet.
It will never stop being true that “YOU CAN’T OUT TRAIN A BAD DIET” and Rob provides all the tools anyone will ever need to get on to an eating plan that will keep your Fat Burning Furnace stoked to the max.
This is real nutrition information that a real person with a real life in this real world can make work.
He covers everything from micronutrients vs macronutrients, protein, carbohydrates and even good ol’ water without losing us in technical jargon wondering what we just read.
He also discusses visualization and mindset.
Let’s face it (you’ve heard it a million times) mindset IS important.
Hell, I’d even say MINDSET IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART of any fitness plan. Rob discusses it in a very relatable way.
Fat Burning Furnace surprised me one more time near the end and that was when I got to the special section just for Seniors.
For any of you Seniors out there who think the fitness ship may have passed you by, Rob is here to tell you that is just not the case, and explains how his routines can actually work to your benefit.
He provides ‘work around’ solutions for some common ailments those of you in your later years may be experiencing so you can still get a very productive and beneficial workout using the Fat Burning Furnace techniques.
I’d have to say that Rob’s techniques, while not widely publicized and maybe even a little bit controversial, are fabulous fat burning techniques.
I can see why he titled this book “The Fat Burning Furnace”. Overall, this is a great book and a very worthy read.
Great going Rob! This one’s bound to help countless fat loss seekers!

Hi, are you spontaneously burning fat and building muscle in this program? Thanks.

yes. you are ALWAYS building muscle if you are weight training properly (which means getting heavy with it, which is also one of the things this program advises). Go for it.
