Anyhoo, just catching up with you for today…

Workin’ my Kettlebells again today… and glory-be!! My new Gymboss Interval Timer came in damn handy again today, too. I didn’t think I’d wind up using the beep function, but turns out it’s a pretty good option to have when you aren’t actually strapped into an mp3 player.

Plus I found a great new Kettlebell program I’m definitely going to try out.
