Summer Is Coming! Get Your Fitness On!!
Hey Everyone!! We made it! It’s Friday! The weekend is upon us (and a damn nice one in Vancouver, may I add!)
I got a little worried that I’m still experiencing some lower back stiffness since my Kettlebell Training last weekend, so I started analyzing my posture and hamstrings, wondering if I had lordosis or some other issue that might be slowing down the recovery of my DOMS in this area.

Hey Jackie,
As promised I’d gladly help you put the KBell into your program. If you want any feedback let me know. Not sure you can get through that DVD with the 16kg. Keep it below your shoulders for now.
The DOMS in your back will get better soon, remember is was 12 hours of Kettlebell Training.
