Ah, the weekend (phew, we made it again, eh?).
Who’s doing what for workouts this weekend?
I’ve got a nice long endurance run waiting for me. Funny thing is, its more for my BRAIN than my body today. I just feel like diving deep into my head and running always takes me there.
But, on to today’s topic, I have a question for you:
Do you spend AS MUCH (if not more) time working out than you do thinking about it, reading about it or researching it?
PLEASE SAY YES!
