No Whiners, No Excuses … Just Get ‘er Done!
Uh oh.
I did a stupid thing while working out today.
I got sloppy.
Of course, I’m human and mistakes happen.
But this one dumb move could put a damper on my usual regular workout routine for a while.
Only time will tell …
So, listen. Be careful out there.
Sport ain’t safe, so take extra care not to be sloppy and cause yourself a preventable injury, ok?
But, on THAT note … if you do get a boo-boo and that’s all it is: a little boo-boo that can easily be worked around …
… well, then THAT’s no excuse to throw in the towel for the day, the week, the month or (heaven forbid) forever …
Stop crying, pick yourself up … and GET ‘ER DONE!
I’m sure I’ll be fine in no time. I don’t let this kinda stuff keep me down for long.

i hope you feel better soon, thanks for the great video great to see you again, you can always do upper body workout with arms
