Ever Had Your Butt Kicked … By Kettlebells?
Happy Hump Day!
I’ve been hard at it since I got back from my training trip to Hawaii. As a matter of fact, I haven’t had a day off my usual workout regime since.
Sundays are usually the day I take off for recovery but last Sunday I was bored on a rainy day and filled in the boredom with a good hard workout under a big ol’ barbell.
And this past Sunday I was registered in another of Ajamu Bernard‘s awesome Kettlebell Workshops (this one called “Secrets of the Dragon’s Lair“).
We had a great time throwing around the heavy stuff, and learning some of the more complicated and fancier moves.

Whew!! After all that, I think I’m due for a day off for recovery. This coming Sunday for sure!! That is my promise to myself. Let’s see if I can keep it this time! LOL
