Are You, or Are You NOT As Good As Your Word?!
Are you as good as your word?
Isn’t that the true measure of a human being?
I mean, if you can’t keep your word to those you gave it to, what is your worth, REALLY?
How many times have you told yourself you’re going to workout on any given day?
And then NOT worked out?
“Something came up”
“I didn’t feel like it”
Whatever the excuse is, you just broke your word …
… to YOURSELF!
Aren’t YOU the most important person in YOUR life?
So, why aren’t you making a concerted effort to keep your word to the MOST important person in your life?
You’re letting that person down, you know …
So, we’ll do better about keeping our word, from now on …
RIGHT?
Good.
See ya next time.
Have a fit, fun and fantastic day.

I think this comes back to motivation. If you don’t want to achieve your goal really badly, then you will probably start making excuses why not to do the things that are necessery for you in order to acomplish that goal.
