Can YOU Do This? SHOULD You Do This?
Here I am, still harping on about safety!
But seriously. Watch this guy.
It’s fascinating. I kept waiting for the ‘fall’ that never comes …
Yes, he’s very impressive, ain’t he?
But notice one thing:
NO SPOTTER!
HEY, DUMMY!! What are you thinking?
Jeez. He could have gotten VERY hurt.
Sure, stuff like this is fun to watch and maybe even strive to match.
When *I* can do this, there will be one thing I will know for sure: I spend WAAAY too much time in the gym! HAHA!
Yah, that’s fun to watch and he convinces me that he’s in very good shape.
But do I need to strive to practice THAT until I can do it?
No way. I’ve got better things to do with my time. How many HOURS, DAYS and WEEKS did he spend getting that right?
My fitness goals aren’t about trickery and impressing people.
Plain and simple: I want to LOOK good, FEEL great, and BE ABLE TO DO all the things in life that I want to (and that trick isn’t on the list … carrying up 8 bags of groceries from the car to the apartment in one trip sure is tho)…
That’s why I work functional, smart, well-written and EFFECTIVE workouts that don’t waste my time with tricks (or stuff that’s rampantly unsafe).
Want to know how to look great, fast?
My friend, overall “smart guy”, and award-winning natural bodybuilder Tom Venuto will show you how.
The Burn the Fat Body Transformation System is one of the smartest programs out there. And it works.
No tricks, no gimmicks, no showboating, no time-wasters.
Just hard work with real results in mind.
I go back to it time and time again in my own workout programs. There’s just too much great stuff in there to be ignored …
… and hey, like I already said: IT WORKS … so it’s kind of a no-brainer.
Get the body you’ve always dreamed of having with the Burn the Fat Body Transformation System
Have a fit, fun and fantastic day.

This doesn’t really go well with my goals, so I’m not really interested in trying that and I also think it’s dumb to do this without spotter.
However this was pretty amazing, it was interesting to the moment he got on ball and took the barbell, but once he started doing squats on that ball I just couldn’t believe it. Amazing.

Safety first, last and always. I worry about copycats hurting themselves when they see stuff like this…but it was cool to see how he got down off the ball!
