Consistency is key indeed, but it’s always a good idea to go off for about two weeks every couple of months, it can only help you.
Your body will regenerate ocmpletely from the past few months and you will be able to lift much more than you were before.
You will definitelly not lose your muscles within few weeks, bt strength might go down a little bit, which doesn’t matter because once you start working out again it will come back very quickly.
