Should You Work Out When You’re Sick?
Uh Oh! You might be sick.
The sniffles.
Coughing …
A sore throat?
Feeling achey … ?
Serious aches and pains and kinda lightheaded to boot?
Hacking up a lung, sneezing like there’s no tomorrow, dizziness PLUS everything listed above?
Yep, you’re SICK!!!!
So? Should you work out? Or take a break?
Well, c’mon. Be honest with yourself… just HOW sick ARE you … REALLY?!
When you’re having some cold or flu symptoms, listen to what your body is trying to tell you and decide accordingly.
So? Are you really THAT sick?
Is it just an excuse not to work out … or do you really need the rest?
Remember: NO EXCUSES!
If you only have a teensy case of the sniffles, don’t be a baby!
Get out there and keep your commitment to yourself!
You’ll be glad you did.
Have a fit, fun and fantastic day.

My rule of thumb is if it is in my head, e.g. a head cold then I train. if it is on my chest i.e. viral then I back off and recover.
