Supplements Experiment Conclusions
Alrighty!
Remember a couple of months ago when I told you I’d been sent some supplements I’d never heard of before but that were supposedly great for athletic performance and injury reduction/prevention/healing?
Green Lipped Mussel and Deer Velvet (and I was also sent some Grape Seed Extract, which I actually HAVE heard of but I threw that into the experiment too, just for fun).

Okay, now that you’re all up to speed, let me continue …
The two months have just passed and I’m finished the experiment.

Like I mentioned in the video, I’ll report back here again in one month’s time after being OFF the Deer Velvet for a few weeks and let you know if I do, or do not, notice any differences in my athletic performance.
So stay tuned, cuz this experiment is not QUITE over just yet!

Love your candor. I’ve been off supplements for a long time, too, and I’m in my mid-50s. I’m not sure I believe in them either. Like you, I get a good all around whole foods diet and rarely catch a cold, have plenty of energy, work out regularly, and never get enough sleep.
