Why Would I Gain Weight … on Purpose?

Woo Hoo, the weekend really couldn’t have come fast enough … am I right?
What have I been doing all week?
Glad you asked!
Prepping for a weekend photoshoot is what I’ve been doing.
I need to get as LEAN as possible for my shoot (‘camera adds 10lbs’ and all that) so I’ve been making concerted efforts to get the calories down and the fat off.
I’m doing a good job … I’m looking pretty ripped this weekend.
However, I have a BIG plan for next week.
I’m planning on gaining some weight. On purpose.
Why on EARTH would I do that after all the hard work I just did to take it all off?
Glad you asked me THAT, too …
It’s not scary to gain the weight if you know HOW to take it off again. You just gotta learn how.
Then you can manipulate your weight to suit whatever you’ve got going on in your life at the time. It’s a very cool thing to know.
