So, there’s this thing you love to do.

It’s exercise and it burns calories and gets your heart rate up and makes you feel good.

Suppose it’s walking … or running … or treadmill work … or the stairclimber machine … or elliptical training.

But some exercise guru out there on the interwebs is telling you “DON’T DO IT” …

… because it’s inefficient … Walking

… or it’s time consuming …

… or it’s boring …

Well, maybe it’s boring to some … or to THEM …

… but YOU love it.

So?

Should you listen to their advice and ditch what you love to do in favor of something else you might actually HATE?

This one should be a no-brainer, but here ya go:

When fitness gurus give advice, always remember that you are an individual.

What works for some, might not be what works for YOU.

If it burns calories, gets your heart rate up, moves your body, makes you feel good and contributes to being healthier, then it’s GOOD.

And don’t let anyone out there EVER tell you otherwise.

Have a fit, fun and fantastic day.
