When you’re aware of them, they can’t sabotage you, because when something happens to ‘trigger’ you, you’ll recognize it up front and be able to shut its ass down BEFORE you go off on a subconsciously-driven food rampage.

We all handle stress differently – some of us drink, some of us yell and/or hit, and some of us EAT.
I’m an eater too.
But, over the years, I have gotten better at handling my stress and replacing stress eating with helpful activities like exercise, meditation and singing very badly and out loud
