Kettlebell and Bodyweight Circuit Workout
WOW! What a week!
Sorry I haven’t had time to chime in this week. I’ve been doing my headless chicken routine again.
Truth is, we almost didn’t get to see a blog post at all this week.
But, as luck would have it, my friend Forest Vance from 30DayKettlebellFatLoss.com has come to the rescue by offering to whip up a guest post for us and also demo an awesome kettlebell / bodyweight circuit workout that you can do at home.
So, without further ado (cuz I’m too frenzied to think up any more preamble than that, lol), here’s Forest!

Kettlebell Bodyweight Circuit Workout
If you suffer from any of these issues:
– Lack of time
– Lack of motivation
– Workout boredom
– Health issues (like being overweight)
– Chronic fatigue
… then Kettlebell training could be the perfect solution for you.
The kettlebell is like a portable gym, it can be utilized for a quick efficient workout any time, any place, to fit your busy schedule.
So I thought I’d put together a quick little kettlebell and body weight circuit workout for you to try at home.
It utilizes two basic kb moves – the goblet squat and the swing – along with a couple of high intensity body weight exercises – and is a great intro to kb training.
This is a sequence of four different exercises. You can do it at the end of your existing workout to finish it off strong … or, if you’re pressed for time, it can be a stand-alone workout in itself.
It’s going to hit almost all of your major muscle groups, give you a resistance and cardio workout all at the same time.
You’re going to love it!
Here’s the sequence:
~ plank-to-push up
~ kb goblet squat
~ jumping jacks
~ kettlebell swings
Do each exercise for as many reps as possible in 30 seconds. No rest between moves. Do the entire sequence three to five times non-stop with no rest.
Kettlebells are a fantastic tool for getting a highly efficient workout any time, any place.
Try this quick kettlebell and body weight circuit, feel the power and you’ll never turn back!!
