When They Say “Don’t Do Cardio”
I follow a lot of the ‘other guys’ out there…
You know the guys I’m talking about … those self-proclaimed ‘fat-loss’ gurus that have huge followings but once you’re on board with them all they’re really doing is trying to keep selling you stuff.
I subscribe to their newsletters, I ‘like’ their Facebook pages, I follow them on Twitter…
I follow them because I want to know what they’re telling people from day to day.
The other day I got an email from someone that blew my mind.
What made me so crazy is that THIS guy knows better… he’s not new… he’s not ignorant on the subject… he knows the truths about fat loss and fitness… but he flat-out LIED to his newsletter subscribers anyway…
And the reason he did it? To help another one of those ‘other guys’ sell HIS product.
Here’s the whole story … watch it to protect yourself from this kind of unethical marketing:
(oh, and please forgive my appearance, I’d just worked out and was a little disheveled at the moment! lol)
Listen, when you hear one of those ‘other guys’ saying “don’t do cardio” please remember that’s not actually what he MEANS… then take a close look to see if there’s a sales pitch for some product immediately following this terrible advice…
… and don’t let anyone EVER tell you you shouldn’t do cardio… especially if burning fat is the result you’re after.
It would sure help us be less confused if they’d SAY what they actually MEAN, wouldn’t it?
I would NEVER lie to you… your health and well-being are just way too important.

I liked the message that I heard here. It’d be great to have someone cut through all the confusion that surrounds getting fit and staying that way, I think. Massive task, for sure, but health blogs are a great place to start! Keep up the good work
