Awesome, Fun Workouts: Trampolines!
This used to be something fun we loved to do as kids.
I don’t remember it being hard work back then at all.
So when a friend decided she wanted to have her birthday party at a local extreme trampoline park, I thought it sounded like a fun, social and physical way to celebrate … which is right up my alley.
So of course I ‘jumped’ at the invite! (pun intended)
I had no idea what I was setting myself up for.
It might not seem like something as fun and easy as jumping on a trampoline would be a good workout but it’s a surprisingly great way to work your entire body and cardiovascular system in a way that nothing else can match.
Add in a bunch of flips into the foam pit and the subsequent crawl out of there and you’re gonna FEEL it the next day, I guarantee it!
Who knew so much fun could result in such a great workout?
I loved every minute of it, but I was a bundle of sore muscles the next day, and the next… AND THE NEXT (which I also loved every minute of! lol).
Looking for something fun, interesting and different to add to your workout routines?
I HIGHLY recommend trying out some trampoline bouncing!
Have a fit, fun and fantastic day.

Hey, what a great idea! How come I didn’t think of this sooner? Man, I loved the trampoline when I was a kid, I even managed to convince my parents to get me a small one for the back yard. Ah, those were such fun and carefree days.
I actually thought the ‘most cardio’ child-like thing to do is rope jumping, which is actually doing a great job for me and my body, but I absolutely have to try jumping on a trampoline again!
Your post made me a little bit nostalgic, but I do appreciate the idea, thanks for sharing!
