Let me state the obvious.
It’s something we should all know by now.
YOUR BODY NEEDS WATER!!
Duh, right?
So? Are you drinking enough?
Are you drinking ANY?
Are there reasons you may think are valid for actually NOT drinking much water?
Don’t like the taste?
You’re prone to water retention?
C’mon!! Do what’s right for your body. It’s the only one you’re ever gonna get.
Now that you’re convinced to drink more water, what’s the best way to make sure you do?
Get yourself a proper bottle to carry your water with you at all times.
But do yourself a HUGE favour:
Don’t start using those horrible chemical-leeching plastic bottles.
Get a proper stainless steel bottle.
You’re drinking water for your health right? So, keep it as healthy as possible by avoiding plastic.

I have conditioned myself to drink only water and tea a long time ago and I can tell you that it saves me tons of calories that I can enjoy in food I like.
It’s always better to eat your calories than drink them.
