Even MORE Nutritional Lies of the 21st Century
Hey gang! Sorry I haven’t been around the past while.
Truth be told, putting together this book of mine is pretty much consuming the majority of my time.
It’ll be worth it, I promise. I just want to make sure it’s AWESOME for you.
AND, I wanted to share with you what I’m about to share with you and it took me kind of a long time to edit it together for you.
Forgive me?
Thanks! I knew you would.
Anyway, on to business… Last week I attended an extremely informative Nutrition Lecture, hosted by one of our great local fitness organizations: InfoFit Educators, and delivered by Dr. Cory Holly of The Cory Holly Institute.
It’s actually the next installment of a previous lecture that Cory honoured us with a few months ago. If you haven’t seen the first installment yet, feel free to check it out here: Nutritional Lies of the 21st Century
Cory once again, does not disappoint us and provides an immense amount of valuable information that we can take forward into our own futures to help keep us healthy, happy and disease-free.
HEY! Good nutrition REALLY IS the foundation of a healthy, active, long life (and looking good to boot).
If you don’t believe ME, then you really need to have a listen to what Cory has to say:
Here’s just a bit more information for you, in the form of little questionnaire (plus the answers) that Cory provided at the lecture and has given me permission to share with you.
These are things YOU really NEED to know, if you’re serious about getting your nutrition right, and living a long, healthy and active life:
If you are interested in attending one of InfoFit’s lectures, head on over to their site to learn more about them: InfoFit Educators
… and if you’re intrigued by what Cory has to say and want to hear more, he has several educational series and other lectures available.
Head over here to find out more: The Cory Holly Institute

And by the way, this isn’t the first time you’ve heard me ramble on about this kind of stuff, is it?
NO !!
This is how I live my life and view my own nutrition.
Do you remember where I told you I first learned it all? Yup. If you’ve been coming here for ANY length of time AT ALL, you’ll know Mike Geary is the guy that first introduced me to this BETTER and HEALTHIER way of thinking about and relating to food.
He and Catherine Ebeling have put together one of the BEST nutrition books I’ve ever read.
You want the WHOLE TRUTH? Well, this is IT, people!
If you don’t live in an area where one of Cory’s lectures or courses is being held but you still want the REAL TRUTH ABOUT NUTRITION, then the best place online to get it is Mike and Catherine’s Fat Burning Kitchen <--- so get it now right here.
Get your nutrition right, and enjoy a longer, more enjoyable life. It’s practically a guarantee.
Have a fit, fun and fantastic day.

Don’t forget! SUMMER’S COMING !! Are YOU ready?

The problem with nutrition is it is so hard to find clear answers. While I agree with the above, it irritates me that they did not even answer their all own questions.
4 – Did not answer True of False. It depends where it was made. Certainly not where I am.
7 – Religion was not one of the multiple choice answers given, and certainly isn’t the reason for many being vegetarian.
8 – No reference to a soy bean, bison or salmon in the answer.
I hate to be so nit-picky, even though the general answers are ok, but this is why so many people are confused by nutrition. Even a nutrition course doesn’t give you clear cut answers!

Anna, this was a TWO HOUR lecture. Of course I couldn’t put the entire lecture up, but he addressed most of what you’re being ‘nit-picky’ about, in the lecture. Sorry I can’t cut a 15 minute vid and make it contain all the info.. it was just way too much detail to include it all. If you’re interested in getting the whole lecture, perhaps get ahold of cory or infofit, I think they taped the whole thing… perhaps there’s a way to get or buy a copy.
cheers

That is great they went into detail and explained it all. I guess I saw the snippet above as the whole point of it. Now if only I could find a nutrition course here that taught us real stuff like this too!
