Can a Mob Mentality HELP You?
A mob mentality is something that has the reputation of usually leading to very bad things.
It certainly did in Vancouver this past Wednesday night …
The Vancouver Canucks failed to beat the Boston Bruins in game 7 of the Stanley Cup final and lost their chance to bring the cup home…
To say that the crowd was displeased is an understatement.
They started a riot and pretty much destroyed the downtown core of Vancouver.
BUT… when it comes to reaching your weight loss, muscle gaining, health or fitness goals, can a mob mentality actually help you get there?
Wait, how am I tying a sports riot to achieving fitness goals?
Check it out:
So, get out there and find your mob. Awesome and supportive people are only a few mouse clicks away!
Have a fit, fun and fantastic day.

Same for me. I don’t have a lot of social support either. I don’t really talk about what I do at the gym or for the diet. My friends just know that I work out and that’s it.
So joining some forum/network/community and interacting at facebook or twitter definitelly helps staying on track and keeping motivated.
Have a nice day Jackie,
