Re-Energize With Simple Changes
Early mornings. Not my favourite.
Long days. Don’t really mind ’em. I always feel like a good, productive member of society at the end of a long, busy day.
But, I’ve been dealing with this crazy schedule for a few weeks now, and it’s messing with my preference to work out when I like to, usually mid-morning.
Imagine my surprise at the result of a forced “if you don’t do it now you’ll have to forfeit” late-night workout!!
Sometimes the simplest of changes can make everything feel ‘new’ again.
Try it sometime.
Betcha it makes everything feel totally different… and hell… maybe even BETTER!

Thank you for this advice… I usually do my workouts around five o’clock when I’ve finished my day at the office. I’ll try to do it at 7 or 8 pm.
