The Eve of New Years Eve
The seawall is in no condition to run.
Come with me while I show you.
Yah, I’m pissed off. Sue me.
Working out really can change your mood, for the better.
Watch as my mood changes almost right before your eyes.
And, do you HATE to exercise?
Well, I’ve got news for you, getting fit requires it.

Not quite sure why you don’t like stairs.
For variety, try adding in some plyo training like this …

Stairs are your friend :)

Ah, fightgeek, I luvs ya so! :-) I know stairs are my friend… but they just don’t do for my head what running does for my head. and when my head needs some adjustment like it OBVIOUSLY did yesterday, well, nothing cuts it like a good hard run.
:-) I’ll try some of your moves tho!
thanks Steph. No snow in the forecast tonight. not even rain. yay! I get to wear cute boots too!
see you in ’09!

LOL! I was waiting for you to punch the camera…if this weather keeps up, you might want to look into Yak Traks. I think you can get them at REI, if you have that, or online. You just strap them on to the bottom of your shoe, and they give traction. They wouldn’t take up much space in your closet, either. Zoey
