Ok, hamstrings are bugging me so I’m going powerwalking in the spooky fog instead of what was on the menu.
Also, reporting in on what effect yesterday’s gym visit has had on me …

I’m with you on the DOMS. I SO need to feel it the next day or it just isn’t worth it!
So, how was the surprise birthday party? You didn’t mention it. You looked beautiful BTW. :)

thanks for the awesome compliment. Bday party was fine, we had some food, a few bevs, i wound up coming home to work a bit but a couple of the websites I needed were down (again) so I went back out and met my friends at the pub they were having after dinner drinks at, and hung out there til a bit too late!! Tri’s are still killing me today too!! love it!

Hey Jackie
Watch the shoulder. Could it be rotator cuff injury? Have had them
on and off for 10-12 years. Best advice, don’t do what I have done and try and push through it! Get it checked out by physio. There are lots of good remedial exercises that can fix it if you catch it early enough.

thanks Terry. I don’t think its bad enough to be considered an injury worthy of rehab yet…. as a matter of fact when I was lifting yesterday it actually felt ok. my body likes to do this to me once in a while just to tick me off!! LOL
