I get into the nitty gritty of my trials & tribulations, barriers & obstacles. And when I realize a success, hard-won or otherwise, you'll be the first to know about it!
couldn’t get either at that restaurant. trust me. the only salad was a sickly little side salad with questionable greens or a fat-laden caesar salad. I did have the side salad, but what I ordered was bar none the most healthy option, as fattening as it likely was!!! thanks for the tip tho! and the post!!
Maybe bring a bag of fresh veggies next time and if the restaurant doesn’t have any, you can hand them your veggies and ask them to steam them for you. If they have any protein, they can throw that in too, if you’d like. At least you’re not starving & you know its good food.
