Hate Working Out??!?!!
Just rattling on, catching up on missed business over the past couple of days, one detail of which is that I was kinda hating my workout today! But, why?
I also touch on what the problem is with some of my videos … and yak on a little bit more about the Shorty Awards!

I can relate about the working out part and getting to the point somedays where I just don’t feel like doing it. Those are the days when the truly dedicated push through and succeed ;)
I know you said no pressure about the personal training stuff but I think you should go for it. You seem like you would be a really great trainer and I would love to help you out by being one of the 20, yet considering I am over in California we may have a problem :)
How has your insomnia been doing?
P.S. Not sure if you are looking for recommendations about stuff to talk about but I’d be interested in exercises that can be done around the house in terms of building muscle; using body weight instead of actual weights.
Also, some more info on isometrics as well if you know much about those.

GREAT! thanks for the suggestions. terribly sorry my older vids are down right now. I hope thats temporary and quickly resolved. I’ll talk body weight and iso’s soon!

hey! Revver’s working again, so have at ‘er!! :-) the first month of my vids is where I show my equipment plus do a little bit of exercise experimentation. There’s also a link to one guest vlog at STTB where I show my equipment again. I’ll talk body weight soon! cheers!
