Yep, watched the video yesterday when it showed up in my RSS reader.
I’ve never really had a problem with a woman using the weights in the main room. I used to work for Gold’s Gym a few years back and yes, the women’s weight room is a complete shame when it comes to actually working out.
Plus, the fact that most of the women that did work out in the main room were extremely good looking and in shape, I didn’t have any issues with letting them use the weights so that I could watch ;)

I’ve always had an issue with the ‘ladies section’.
My eldest daughter is an ex-gymnast and circus performer … she eats chin-ups and ‘male’ push-ups for breakfast and has the whole concrete ab thing goin’ on.
My youngest daughter is a dancer … she’s strong, coordinated and bendy.
I make sure they have access to the ‘male’ section of the gym any time they want to workout at a commercial gym. No plastic dumbbells or gerbil-running machines for my girls!
