A little catching up on what I’ve been up to!
Training, training and more training!! I am super-duper sore today.
And I have a big night tonight too!
Workout Move of the day is not even a “workout” move per se!!
It’s all about taking gooooood careful care of your body today and your body needs a good warm-up BEFORE you work-out.
