Hey everyone.  So, I lifted today and … *OUCH* …suffered the consequences of DOMS during my workout!  Question is:  Did I love it?  or hate it? (I’ll bet you guys can guess the answer to that!)

More Gym & Hillsprints Too!

Hey gang! So, I can’t stop talking about my experience at the gym! Here I just had to throw in my two bits about the Ladies Area in the gym as well as the “bad form” I witnessed while we were having our workout!  And then I trotted off to get some hillsprints done! Enjoy!
