Calories In vs. Calories Out

When it comes to fat loss, it’s not about the time of the day that you eat, it’s about HOW MUCH. Eat at night if you want to, just make sure your late night snack doesn’t tip you over for your daily calorie allotment. It all boils down to “calories in vs. calories out”.

Finally! A Workout … of Sorts…

Oops. Maybe my brain still hasn’t recovered from the trip and being sick… either that or I’m super distracted by the project I’m working on, because this post should have come before the previous post. Anyway, I finally get a workout (of sorts) in. Phew! I was climbing some walls being indoors all the time.
