Today’s a cardio day. I usually go running. Since I dropped that 35lb plate on my foot yesterday, now what?
I got sloppy during my workout today and now I’m paying the price. I’m pretty sure my foot isn’t broken, but we’ll see how this messes with my workout schedule.
How do you tell if post-workout muscle soreness is DOMS or if you’ve injured yourself?
